What does your warranty cover?
1 year provided warranty covers only labor performed for the project. Should there be any issues connected with our labor or installation, we will gladly fix any of them.
What are the permits and inspections for?
According to California Law, each construction project requires a separate building permit. All the construction work performed at your house should be permitted and it also increases your house price if you ever decide to sell it. There is also a risk of getting work stop order in case you perform any construction work without a permit and it will remain until permit requirements are met. In addition, when the work is inspected by a qualified City or County inspector, you can be sure that there is no potential danger to your house in the future. As we want your future project to be safe and comfortable, we always obtain building permit for the project and pass all the required inspections.
Are materials included into your offer?
We do not provide any finishing materials for kitchen or bathroom projects. However, we will gladly assist you throughout the process of purchasing the materials, communication with suppliers, delivery and other.
What is included into the design process?
Our design process includes composition of personal design project based on your preferences. You will have three one-to-one meetings with our professional designer who will help you create vision of your future kitchen or bathroom. As a result, you will receive a full design project with detailed layouts, 3D renderings and itemized list of chosen materials. The design process also included composition of permit documents, communication with the City or County, permit submittal and, as a result, approved building permit for your project.
How should I manage the project?
You do not need to manage the flow of the project as you will receive a full support from our team of project managers and project coordinators. They will keep track of your project, will solve any issues that might arise and will make sure that construction process is no stress for you.
